Lift of Product: 6 months from the date of manufacture
Performance: a strong instant bond
Typical Application: Immediate adhesion to a variety of surfaces, including paper, wood, polythene, metal, glass, plastic, etc.
**Excluding Plasticized PVC**
Soft Point: 80 to 90 ℃
Range of Temperature after Application: -20 to 70 ℃
Application Guide:
1. To be avoided on surface with humidity, dust and oil.
2. Application temperature from 5 to 40 ℃
3. Hard pressure and 24 hours for bonding time are necessary
4. Direct sunlight and U.V. light must be avoided
PSB#5 Acrylic-Base Self-Adhesive
Lift of Product: 6 months from the date of manufacture
Performance: Resistance to elevated temperature and to plasticize migration with good U.V. and water resistance
Typical Application: Adhesion to a variety of surfaces, including paper, wood, polythene, polyester, metal, glass, vinyl, aluminum, and PVC (soft and hard)
Range of Temperature after Application: -20 to 100 ℃
Application Guide:
1. To be avoided on surface with humidity, dust and oil.
2. Application temperature from 5 to 70 ℃
3. Hard pressure and 48 hours for bonding time are necessary
